Process for your Initial assessment

Tell us about your injury: Call our friendly reception team on 03 3 660 660.

Book an appointment: Let us know if there is someone in particular you would like to see. Don’t worry if you’re not sure where to start or who to see, our reception team can talk you through the best options for your injury.

Grab your gear: Bring or wear your sports clothing and footwear so we can assess you and your gear during your appointment.

Arrive 15 minutes early: Arrive at your appointment and we will get to work on your injury. Remember to allow time to find a car park. If you are a new patient come ten minutes early to complete some paperwork.

Follow up: Follow the advice given. It’s so easy to forget to do those daily exercises but they really make the world of difference to your recovery.
